Ready for Re-Integration
Our KS3 Ready for Re-Integration programme prepares students to make a successful and lasting transition back to fulltime mainstream education. Through this programme, students gain the benefits of alternative provision and remain part of their school community.
Students enrolled on the programme participate over one or two school terms and through mentor guidance and a tailored personal development plan students are supported to achieve their goals to ensure they are school ready.
We use three indicators to ensure students are prepared and equipped to be school ready. These are attendance, engagement and behaviour.
Outcome-focused curriculum
We know that students who leave the education system without basic benchmark qualifications have their chances of finding apprenticeships or good jobs hindered. This is why our curriculum is designed to ensure every learning experience we provide for our students are designed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
To ensure learners achieve the best possible outcomes, professional, interpersonal and vocational skills that are vital for students to close the gap on their peers are embedded in to our extensive curriculum.
Confidence & Self Esteem
Young people are at their best when they support, love & trust themselves and the people surrounding them.
Key aspects of educational & personal growth are confidence and self-belief. Two things which take time to develop. We are passionate about offering a support package that sets aside time specifically for this.
Young people need to be surrounded by positive role models.
